K-drive by Flixtrade

K-drive is a delivery service created by Flixtrade focus on bringing delivery drivers to small and big businesses online through whatsapp. With our whatsapp bot you can request a delivery driver for any delivery and we'll send you their contact details. We give you the best drivers for your deliveries since we are able to tell where a driver is at any moment and how busy a driver is. You can also filter drivers based on your needs and preferences i.e cheapest, least busy, fastest, higest rated etc.

How it works

To get delivery drivers through K-drive, all you have to do is message our whatsapp bot and go through our onboarding process. This process is used to understand your kind of business and your business location which is useful when suggesting drivers. After onboarding, you would be sent a whatsapp flow by our bot, in this flow you would be asked a few questions about the delivery. These questions includes, pickup and dropoff locations, delivery content and more. After submitting the flow, our bot would send a reply to you with a list of drivers that are the best fit for your delivery.

Most of our services are done via whatsapp either through our bots or our customer services and here is a list of things we feel like you should know before getting started with Flixtrade's K-drive:

• Messages between we (our bot/customer service) and our customers may only be used to improve or delivery services. But we would not forward or share information from a customer chat to any other customer.
• You can always deactivate/delete your account from our platform. This means you can no longer receive messages from our bots. You can also reactivate your account on our website by reuploading your whatsapp number here.
• Our whatsapp bot would never send you bank account details to make payments to. Payments for premium features or any other kind of payments must be done automatically via our website or manually through our customer service. But our bot might still send you links (to our website) to make payment or refer you to our customer service.
• When messaging our whatsapp bot, you would always be talking with a programmed bot and not a human being, to chat with real people contact our customer service.
• Our whatsapp bots would never share your number with anyone. But we may share your number with our drivers (in cases where they lost your number) in cases of delivery emergencies or reports. But this is done in a controlled manner, which means if your phone number actually needs to be shared, we would contact you first.
• Our whatsapp bot may send you whatsapp and regular phone numbers of delivery drivers when you request for drivers.
